The society’s executive power is vested in an Executive Committee elected by the IPNET-K members.

The executive committee includes the chairperson, vice chairperson, secretary, vice secretary, treasurer and 3  members. The chief executive officer serves as an ex-officio member of  the executive committee.

• The Executive committee is responsible for positioning the society to best serve IPNET-K members as well as maintaining its vision.
• It develops the society”s strategic plan and monitors its implementation
• Oversees the activities for the secretariat as well as the society's  finances
